Spun
In 2018, the exhibition Spun was presented at Nishi Gallery in Canberra. The show was reviewed by art historian, art critic and curator Sasha Grishin.
The works used evacuated silkworm cocoons on heavy Italian papers. These constructed pieces were large and evolved from my first exhibition, Hatched, in Shanghai.
Nothing is permanent. Everything is subject to change. Being is always becoming.
